Jordana's 12 HR Made to Last Liquid Eyeliner Pencil is definitely a long wearing, water resistant, smooth, and intensely pigmented liner. It glides on smoothly and dries to a resistant finish that won't budge. The liners come in various colors, including green and purple. The best past is that these babies are only $2.50!! These are a definite must in your makeup collection.
Note: green and purple do have some shimmer to them, the black and brown are matte.
